In addition to the recruitment strategies that I have highlighted in previous articles, Google has developed its employee referral program to be proactive and responsive to employee needs. They also recently introduced a data-driven candidate screening process, which evaluates a wider range of potential candidates than most companies.

McKinsey & Company

McKinsey & Company is one of the most powerful management consulting firms in the world. They have many customers, including eighty percent of the world’s largest corporations and many governments.

Its services include advising organizations on strategic management, operations, technology, marketing and sales. It also provides business and economic research through the McKinsey Global Institute.

The firm’s staff includes former Fortune 500 C-level executives, a testament to its excellent training and connections. It is considered a leading management consulting firm, and many of its alumni are current or former CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.

Its website is designed to match job seekers with employers, and has an instant database of hundreds of profiles that serve as introductions for potential employers. Recruiters can filter and rate candidates based on different criteria, making it easy to find the right fit for each position. This is a quick and effective way to recruit applicants, but it can be difficult for job seekers to stand out from the competition.
